Under 14 Teo Minchev signed for Premier League side Chelsea at the age of 12 and now captains the side age 14.
Teo who has been with Protec since the age of eight has made significant development under the coaching and guidance of assistant head coach Dan Edwards before being selected to play at Chelsea, He is now in his third season with Chelsea.
Teo has been a part of our Advanced and still continues his training with us at Pre-academy showing that dedication and top class coaching can pay dividends.
